Shelley Silvania (Roberts)
Sandy and I were best friends during high school and after we graduated. I was maid of honor in her wedding to John Caraway.
She fought breast cancer for about 12 years until it claimed her life in 2003. We attended our 40th CHS class reunion together in 2002.
I miss her and think of her often. She was a good person and a great friend.
