Bill was my neighbor all thur Clwr Jr and Sr. High School and was a true friend. We would have dinners at each others houses often and he even took me to a prom. His Mom was a hoot and loved to chase Bill with the broom when he wasn't doing what she wanted him to do.
He was a great guy and it was a very sad day when he passed. He is remembered fondly.
